Learning Log - Week 16 (Dec 15 - 19)

For math I did k12 I have been adding and  subtracting fractions.

For language arts I did k12 I wrote a paper about mods. I read at lest 30 minutes a day.

For science I did k12 I have been learning about rocks.

MINECRAFT: For minecraft I have finished my fishingmod with all of the rubys. I am still working on my christmas mod. I was hoping it would be done by christmas but thats ok. Here are some screen shoots of minecraft that me and my brother have made. CheekyMonkey080 is my username for minecraft. Nater070 is my brothers username for minecraft.

PHOTOGRAPHY:For photography I have been taking pictures of my brothers. I have also took pictures of the christmas tree on my last learning log.

Learning Log Week 15

For Math I did k12.  I did measurements.  I changed feet to meters and milliliters to liters.

For Science I did k12.  I learned about the rock cycle.  Rocks can change by heat and pressure.

For Language Arts I did k12.  I read a book called "Diary of a 6th Grade Ninja."  I like that it's about ninjas.  A new kid made a new friend that found out about the ninjas and then the new kid had to find a four leaf clover to become a ninja.  I also did vocabulary and writing.

For Minecraft I've gone to lots of TechTalks.  I've almost finished my mod.  I made a logo for it.  I'm still working on the Christmas mod.

For Photography I took some pictures of the Christmas tree and my dog.  I'm going to be working on the lighting assignment with my mom. 

Learning Log Week 13-14

for math i did k12 I have been working on measurement in story problems.For language arts I have been reading diary of a 6th grad ninja.For Science I have been learning about minerals.

MINECRAFT: For minecraft i have been working on eclipse. I have been working on some code for his block.So far I have one thing underlined in red that i am trying to find out why.

PHOTOGRAPHY: For photography i took some  pictures of us setting up are christmas tree. but they are vertical pictures.

Learning Log Week 12

for math I did k12 I have been doing fractions and measurement.

For language arts I did k12.  I read 30 minutes a day. Minecraft books are my favorite.  I wrote a paper about soccer.

For science I did k12 I  have been learning about rocks and minerals. Igneous rocks come form cooling manga.


MINECRAFT: For minecraft I have been going to tech talk.  I have been working on my Christmas mod. I am going to make a Christmas tree. I am going to make a house that spawns where you spawn with a Christmas tree in it.

PHOTOGRAPHY: for photography I have been taking pictures of my brother and his electricity class. Some family is coming for thanksgiving and I am going to help with family pictures.

Learning Log Week 11

for math I did measurement in story problems with k12. For language arts i did k12. I have been working on vocabulary and spelling. I have also been reading minecraft books. For science i did k12. I have been leaning about glaciers and how they cause erosion. Wind and water can also cause erosion.

MINECRAFT: For minecraft i did some more stuff with eclipse. I found how to make the name for my green present. I am going to make a christmas mod for minecraft. I am making the presents right now. I am going to make a christmas tree for my christmas mod. and maybe some christmas lights.


PHOTOGRAPHY: For Photography i have been taking pictures with different modes. My favorite mode is the sports mode. It is cool how you can take pictures of people running and it is not blurry.

Learning Log Week 10

 For math I did k12.  I learned about fractions.  I like to cook a lot so I already know some things about measuring cups and fractions.
For science I did k12.  I learned about weather conditions.
For language arts I did k12. I read Nature's Way it teaches you how forest frogs can frees a wake up.  Most frogs would die, but they don't.

 MINECRAFT: for minecraft I down loaded a new eclipse. I am trying to find out what is wrong with my other eclipse. It is fun. I am adding the textures for rubys.

PHOTOGRAPHY: For Photography i have been learning about the different was modes work.

Learning Log Week 9

 For math I did k12.  I learned about fractions.  I like to cook a lot so I already know some things about measuring cups and fractions.
For science I did k12.  I learned about weather. 
For language arts I did k12.  I read feathers flippers and fur.  I like how it teaches you about different animals.

MINECRAFT: For minecraft I have made ruby, ruby ore, ruby block, ruby sword, ruby armor, ruby tools & worms. I is a lot of work but it is fun.

PHOTOGRAPHY: I am learning about ISO and white balance. 
On the first 3 pictures I used the setting in white balance for sunny weather.  The first one is ISO 100, the next one is ISO 400, then ISO 600. Then I did white balance for shady and ISO 800.  The indoors is white balance for florescent lights and ISO 1400.

Weekly Learning Log - Week 8

MINECRAFT:  For mincraft I have made ruby, ruby ore, ruby block, ruby sword, ruby armor, ruby tools, ruby zombie and a worm that generates in the world when you delete dirt or grass it will give you a worm.


PHOTOGRAPHY: For photography I have got done mods and settings. I took a picture of my little brother.  I'm working on ISO and white balance.

 MATH: I did k12. I've been working on angels and lines.

SCIENCE: I did k12. I learned about water and evaporation.

LANGUAGE ARTS: I did k12.  I wrote a paper about things that matter to me. I've also been working on spelling and finished reading Robinson Crusoe.

Learning Log - Week 7

For math, language arts and science i did k12.  I am reading Robinson Crusoe, I like it. I am learning about angles in math.  I am learning about electricity in science.


MINECRAFT:  For minecraft i have made ruby, ruby ore, ruby block, ruby armor, ruby sword, ruby tools, ruby zombie and worms. It is a lot of work, But it is so fun.

For Math, Language Arts, and Science I did k12.

MINECRAFT: I am learning how to make screen shot.  I am learning on eclipce it is very fun.  I am turning in file system.

DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY: I took pictures of solo my dog running for modes and settings assignment.  I learned more about thse modes and settings. Sports mode works well when my dog runs.

PHOTOGRAPHY FOUNDATIONS: I am learning about modes and settings. I need to take pictures with different settings. Here are a couples of pictures that I took this week.

MINECRAFT/JAVA: I downloaded eclipse it is basically a cheat it is cool.I am learning how to make mods.  I am learning how to make screen shoots it is cool. I play around with the different sounds.
