MATH:For math I did a lot of geometry and angles. They're not that hard to do after you get the hang of it. I like angles a lot.
LANGUAGE ARTS: For language arts I am reading the third book of fablehaven. I am on book 3/5 I am blowing threw the series. I also did writing and spelling.
SCIENCE: We learned some more about magnets. The north side sticks to the south side. Our whole earth is a magnet with a north and south pole
GAME DESIGN:For game design I finished my edited version of cat burglar and turned it in. I love programming. I can't wait for the next assignment.

Learning Log Week 10
MATH: For math I have been learning tips and tricks for multiplication. Like for something times 9 up to ten. and anything times 0 is 0.

SCIENCE: For science we made a power source out of some pennies and tin foil and paper towels soaked in salt water. It makes a battery when you hook it to a copper wire.

MATH: I am learning tricks for multiplication with 0, 1, and 2. For 0 it always equals o, for 1 it always equals the same number, for 2 it is just the number twice.

I wrote a 300 word review for writing class. I wrote about redstone witch is in minecraft.
SCIENCE: We learned about the life cycle of flies. They can live for up to a month. I learned what insects do in the winter time. some lay eggs but then die but some hid in warm places.

Learning Log Week 4
MATH: I did rounding and estimating. I did addition with bigger numbers. I also added big numbers adding three or more big numbers together.
LANGUAGE ARTS: I'm reading a book about Rosa Parks. So far it's just been talking about how she was going to school. For writing I'm doing specific nouns and adjectives like instead of car you could say sports car or van or even say blue van.
SCIENCE: You can't see the blood moon but my brothers and I layed down on the trampoline and watched the blood moon. It was really red. When the sun, earth and moon line up, the earth blocks the sunlight and the moon just gets scattered light.
I also did science with some friends. We were throwing the ball to look at the arch. and then we tied a string to it and it would start making the arch and when the string stopped it it would go straight down because the string stropped the motion so the gravity pulled it down.
GAME DESIGN: I've been working on my Ice breakers game a little bit. Ice Breakers is the new game I'm working on.

Learning Log Week 3
MATH: I reviewed some addition and subtraction. For subtraction you have to have the biggest number on top. I took my first quiz yesterday. I got 100%.
LANGUAGE ARTS: I practiced cursive and read a book called The Big Book of Why. I learned why dogs noses are always wet. Because scientists think that they lick their noses to keep them moist because it helps them smell better.
SCIENCE: I went to Lake Tahoe. There was a drought there and the water was really low. We could walk out past the orange balls that tells the boats they're getting deep. We could walk past the sign that said the boats can only go 5 miles per hour. There was a fire which I'm pretty sure was from dry lightening it covered pretty much the whole lake.
GAME DESIGN: I did not do game design this week because I was gone. I am trying to figure out how to save my ping game as a file so I don't have to go into the program and run it I can just go in the file.
LEGO ROBOTICS: I didn't do any lego robots because I was gone. I'm excited to work on it next week.

SCIENCE: I learned that some blimps use helium to make them float. but the Germans used to put hydrogen witch can start o fire. One blimp started on fire and crashed. helium is what we use in balloons today.

MINECRAFT: For minecraft i am working on write your own mod it is going to be late because my nova skin was not working so i asked my teacher and he said that he has the same problem on firefox but on google chrome he doesn't so it works now.
PHOTOGRAPHY: For photography I take pictures of my dog and my brothers and today i got a picture of my brother going cross eyed and the sun was on him so it looked awesome!

For Math I did k12 I have been working on estimating like 365,240 can be rounded to the nearest hundred thousand would be 400,000.
For Language Arts I did k12 I sometimes read 30 mins in bed and I read a iron man book.

Learning Log Week 24
For Math I did two hours a day on study island. I worked on rounding numbers.
For Language Arts I read 30 minutes a day. I worked on writing. I wrote two papers this week on Utah Compose. I also did some of the lessons on Utah Compose. I also took the writing SAGE test.
For Minecraft I'm still working on my Christmas Mod.

Learning Log - Week 23 (Feb 2 - 6)
For Math I did k12 I just finished comparing decimals. Sometimes there hard and sometimes there fun.
For language arts I did k12 I learned raining cats and dogs, i'm all ears, back to square one, two-faced, it's greek to me, with flying colors. those are words I learned.
For science I did k12 I learned about shrubs and grasslands of Utah.
MINECRAFT: For minecraft I am still working on my Christmas mod and I am still working on my cheetah because if you remember last time it ended up as a cheetah zombie.

For Science I did k12 I have been learning about forests of Utah and deserts of Utah.
For Language arts I did k12 I have been Learning sum things like what wrath means and perish, mischief, wilt, maim, and assault.
MINECRAFT: For minecraft I have been making a new mod I have not made a name for it yet so far it's just examplemod. but I am trying to make a cheetah and some other animals in minecraft so far it made a cheetah zombie on accident I mixed up the ruby zombie code and the cheetah code and it made a cheetah zombie lol.

Learning Log - Week 21 (Jan 19 - 23)
For math i did k12 i did more about Decimals.
For science i did k12 i have been learning about Ecosystems.
For language arts i learned some stuff i learned Birds of a feather flock together, curiosity killed the cat, don't cry over a split milk, good things come in small packages, silence is golden, the early bird catches the worm.
MINECRAFT: For minecraft i have been working on my iron knife i can't make it's texture work but it works with any thing else i just need to fix the name witch i know how to do i will ask my teacher in tech talk.
PHOTOGRAPHY: For phtography i took some pictures of my brothers and my dog solo and i took some pictures in golden hour for an assignment.

Learning Log Week 20
For Math I did k12 I have been learning about decimals.
For science I did k12 I have been learning about ecosystems, producers, consumers and decomposers. A producer is like a plant. A consumer can be an animal that eats the plant. A decomposer is a worm or some thing that will brake the dirt down. All energy comes from the sun then the plant uses the light energy. All energy is transferred .
For language arts I did k12 I read some poems and minecraft books. I wrote some papers on utah compose. Here is one of the papers I wrote.
Ever wonder what the best video game is? My favorite
game is Mine craft. It has so many different things on it.
Mine craft has lots of mods. A mod is like an update. It puts more things on it. My favorite
mod for Mine caft is probably the Flansmod. It has planes,cars,and guns. It's pretty much every thing you can imagine.
Mine craft also has servers. You might know what a server is but I will tell you any way. A server is a game where any buddy can join. It's really fun!
Here are some tips for beginners. I would first build a simple house. Then just add some furniture to your harts desire. Theni would experiment with redstone and any thing else you like on Mine craft.
As you can see, there are a lot of cool things on Minecaft. This is whyI like Mine craft best.
